Toni Crooks re-elected to the Board
The quorate LBA AGM took place on Thursday 18th September 2025 in Production Park's Studio 005. Toni Crooks, Chair of the LBA welcomed all those present to the meeting and ran through the proceedings for the AGM.
Toni Crooks, Crooks Haulage retired by rotation and stood for re-election. Toni was re-elected to the Board of the LBA.

Sanders Partnership
Marie Szczepanski of Sanders Partnership presented and reported on the company accounts.
Marie gave a breakdown and an explanation of the accounts for the year ending 31st March 2025. The report and accounts as approved by the LBA Board were considered and noted.
Progress Report
Nicola Parker gave a presentation outlining the services delivered on Langthwaite Business Park through the BID during the year.
BID Renewal 2026 - 2031
Karen Harrison presented information regarding the Renewal of the Langthwaite BID, including the key findings from the survey that was undertaken earlier this year, identifying the key objectives for the next five years and providing information regarding how much businesses will pay in 2026 / 2027.
