As part of the LBA BID Renewal, all BID Levy payers should have now received the Notification of Ballot and BID Renewal Prospectus for 2026 - 2031. If you have not received this, please contact 01977 652984 as a matter of urgency.

Please note, each Notice of Ballot will contain your own unit number where it says 'The lasered hereditament address will appear here'. 

Copies of the BID Renewal Prospectus 2026-2031 and the Langthwaite Business District Improvement Proposal and Business Plan 2026-2031 are now available to view and download here.

Thank you once again to all the businesses who took part in the survey and attended the business consultation meeting, the feedback received from companies has helped to shape the Langthwaite Business Improvement District Proposal and Business Plan for the next 5 years.

BALLOT PAPERS 

Please look out for the ballot papers which will be despatched by CIVICA from 1st October 2025. The ballot will run until 31st October 2025 and the result will be announced on Monday 3rd November 2025.
